3.1 Amendment 6: Carrel's Office Machine (19-076.6)

Requested Action:

Approve amendment number 6 to the agreement with Carrel's Office Supply. Updating Attachment A to the maintenance contract for three additional copiers to be added.
Fiscal Impact:

No impact to the General Fund; copier trust incurs all expenses.
Summary:

Working Capital Copier Trust Fund purchases, maintains and replaces many copiers located in the County offices. The purchase of copiers are paid out of the copier trust fund.
Discussion:

Working Capital Copier Trust Fund purchases, maintains and replaces many copiers located in the County offices. The monthly rates, invoices and purchases of copiers are paid out of the copier trust fund. Therefore, an amendment is needed to include the following copiers:
