Requested Action:
Approve an agreement with The Disability Law Office of Kay Tracy, Esq. to provide legal representation for Social Security Disability claimants in compliance with the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program for Trinity County.

Approve an agreement with THE DISABILITY LAW OFFICE OF KAY TRACY, ESQ, to offer legal representation for Social Security Disability claimants before the Social Security Agency in order to be compliant with the advocacy portion of the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP) for Trinity County.

Trinity County is a recipient of the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program funds, which is designed to assist homeless or at risk-of homeless individuals who are disabled attain permanent housing. One of the components of the program is assisting these individuals with Disability Advocacy with one of its goals being helping these individuals get their claims approved. HDAP funds would allow HHS to contract these services and offer them to participants of the program at no cost to them. |
